Aesica Adds CSD Role

Bhavesh Kotecha has been appointed to the new position of corporate services director at Aesica, reporting to chief executive officer Dr. Robert Hardy. Mr. Kotecha will be responsible for delivering operational efficiency and high standards across IT, health and safety, internal audit and M&A processes.
 
Mr. Kotecha will guide Aesica’s acquisition strategy and business integration teams to meet the transitional challenges that stem from the acquisition process to help ensure the full integration of all functions, including finance, HR, sales and marketing, quality control, health and safety regimes, structures and regulatory compliance. 
 
Dr. Hardy said, “The CSD position and responsibilities are crucial to the Aesica strategy and will be central to maximizing efficiency and operational performance, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of health and safety, whilst achieving the optimum integration of personnel, corporate infrastructure, technology and processes as we continue to make strategic acquisitions.”
